Establish a network of Saskatchewan Outfitters willing to donate surplus protein
left behind by foreign hunters, and channel this supply to those in need.
Nature’s Food Bank collects protein from SK Outfitters and distributes it to organizations feeding the hungry. Any excess protein is donated to our members and other non-profit organizations, free of charge. Become a member now!
Thank you for considering to volunteer with Nature’s Food Bank Inc. As a completely volunteer run organization, we pride our selves for having no paid staff or physical location ensuring our members funding is available for those we serve.
For a number of years, we have been getting duck and goose meat from a Saskatchewan outfitter to make healthy and natural dehydrated treats for our dogs. Recently, we came to realize that vast amounts of surplus protein were available from this and other Saskatchewan outfitters to help feed those in need. With that in mind, we founded Nature’s Food Bank Inc.
Currently, we are in the process of building an organization to achieve our goal of developing a network of certified Saskatchewan outfitters to channel surplus protein to those who need it most.
