We want to thank Apex Waterfowling, our newest supplier and first to provide protein from a spring snow goose hunt. Over three weeks in April and May, we collected 254 kg/559 pounds of boneless, skinless goose breast meat and have already donated 192.3 kg/423.1 lbs to The Emergency Wellness Centre and Central Urban Metis Federation Inc. (CUMFI).
